This is a Novella, so it is only about 13 Chapters a prologue and is fast-paced. It is told in Noah's POV on how he saw things growing up and skipping over anytime he wasn't around Elle and Lee. Elle and Noah worked hard to stay together after he left for Harvard. Well at least until right after Christmas Break.

While at Harvard Noah looses it. He hears from all his friends that Elle hasn't been to school in a while that she doesn't go out anymore. They never see her at the arcade with Lee they actually never see her anywhere. It is bad enough she broke up with him thinking he needed space but to drop off the face of the earth what is wrong.

This is a fanfiction to the movie The Kissing Booth. I tried to fill in some blanks in Noah's past and the movie. Where he went and what he did after the huge fight with Lee and falling out with Elle but also how it all could come to this and the events that lead up to his public declaration of love at Prom.

So what happened in the six year gap between Noah and Elle's breakup and their reunion at the carnival? I loved the way the ending of TKB3 showed them potentially getting together again, but couldn't stop wondering how those years played out. Since I couldn't get it out of my head, I decided to write the story of what I think happened.

The characters don't belong to me but to Beth Reeckles and Netflix. What if Elle had finally figured out what she wants to do in life and the best course of study to get there is at ... Harvard? What if Lee had reacted strongly to Elle's decision to go to Harvard despite the breakup with Noah rather than Berkeley with him? What if Mike had decided to move in with his new girlfriend as soon as Elle left for college? What if Noah had realized that ultimately fighting for Elle didn't require taking him out of the equation?
