Nat POV
We all just looked at each other with disbelief. I could not believe that someone had hurt my children! Poor Annie. I couldn't help but wonder what happened to get her so injured. I am just glad that Peter managed to get to her in time. I don't know what I would have done if she had.... Nope I don't even want to think about it. I had gotten really attached to these kids, as have the rest of the Avengers. They seemed just as worried as me and Clint even though they had never met them. Wait... We have met them! "Alright listen up people" I say in a calm voice. "I know that you are worried but I believe that they will be ok." "I would very much like to meet these Midgardian kids" Thor booms. "Wait you have been texting kids without us?" Wanda asks. We all look at her forgetting that she and Pietro are in the room with us. (A/N Yes I made Pietro alive. I feel like he would make a good big brother to the two) Friday informed us that it was 10:30. "Thanks Fri" Tony said. We all just glared at him. "You really set a bedtime reminder" I said. "Well yeah. We need to get some sleep" he said back. "That includes you Tony" yelled Clint. We all started laughing again. Then we dispersed into our separate rooms for the night. I sat in bed trying to quiet my mind. All I could think about was how whoever hurt my precious kid would pay severely. With those final thoughts I drifted off to sleep.

The next day

I woke up feeling refreshed and energized for the day. Wow I must have really gotten a good sleep if I feel this way in the morning. I got dressed and walked out of my room headed to the kitchen. Everybody was already down there which was weird. Well I am glad to see that she lives" said Clint. "Haha. What are you guys doing down here so early?" I asked. They all just looked at each other. "It's 12:34 in the afternoon Nat. So the better question is how did you manage to sleep that long?" Steve said. It was 12:34 in the afternoon!! I did have a pretty peaceful night, which was unusual for me. "Wha.. ho.. Why did you let me sleep that long!" I stammered. "You needed the rest. Plus one of us would probably have died if we had woken you up" Tony said laughing. The rest of the team joined in, including me. "Does anyone know how the kids are doing today?" Steve asked. The room went dead silent. Immediately everybody rushed to where their phones were. There were no new texts and everybody got nervous. "Their probably still sleeping" Sam said optimistically. "Yeah" we all said. Clint went ahead and added Wanda and Pietro into the chat to make things easier.

Mr. Birdman has added Speedy and Witch

Mr. Winter:
How come they don't have to be Mr?

Mr. Falcon:
Yeah Mr makes me feel old!

Speedy:
We are special and also
not old enough to
be considered Mr.

Witch:
Or Ms!

Peter:
Oh cool new friends!!

Hi I'm Peter it's
nice to meet you!

Mr. Birdman:
He lives!

Speedy:
Nice to meet you Peter.

Witch:
Can we keep him?

Mr. Birdman:
I already called custody!

Ms. Spider:
Hey they're my kids too!

Also how is
Annie doing today?

Mr. Winter:
Yeah we all have been
worried about you guys.

Peter:
I don't know.
She is still sleeping
at the moment.

Which is good for her
because I don't know
the last time she
actually slept good.
