The whole way to the party I was debating turning around to go back to Cole. I know he would want me to be here and have fun, but I really just wanted to be with him. I text him when I had picked up Meghan. He was doing fine, just eating and being lazy.

"Will you please stop fretting over him. You and I both know he's fine and would want you to go have fun." Meghan said from the seat next to me. I had been mindlessly drumming my fingers on the steering wheel since I picked her up.

"I can't help it Meg. With the baby and all, I seem to worry about him a lot. Your guys bodies are built for children. I'm worried about how his body is gonna handle it." I fretted nervously to her. She didn't say anything after that just held my hand. The comfort was nice. I knew she cared about Cole just as much as I did.

We arrived at the party a few minutes later. Meghan and I got separated in the mass of bodies that were packed into this house. I wondered into the kitchen to get some water when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Uh hey man. What's up?" I turned to see Zeke standing there half smiling at me. It took me a minute to find something to say. My mind was really off somewhere else.

"Hey, haven't seen you around lately,"I said making small talk.

"Yeah I've been kinda trying to stay away from you and Cole lately. I really feel bad for what happened and I didn't want to cause anymore trouble. Again, I'm really sorry about that," he said not meeting my eyes.

"It's ok, we worked everything out. It was a hurdle, but it's good now. I see you're not drinking."

He looked down before he said anything, "Yeah, designated driver."

I just nodded and reached for my now buzzing phone. It was a text from Cole. It was a picture of him with his shirt raised up, and a caption reading " me and bean miss and love you."

I smiled at the silly boy in the picture. He was so silly and moments like these solidify my love for him. I had totally forgot about Zeke until he coughed awkwardly.

"Oh sorry man, Cole text me. He was checking on me," I smiled the last part.

Zeke and I talked for a little while longer before he went his own way. I looked at my phone again to see what time it was. It was only 11:15, and I knew Meghan wouldn't be ready to go for a while. I decided to just wonder around the house till she called. I felt another tap on my shoulder. Expecting Zeke again, I turned around to see Aaron. I was kind of confused. Aaron and I weren't great friends and didn't really talk that much.

"Hey can I talk to you for a minute?" He asked kinda shyly. I nodded and followed him upstairs.

He opened the door, to what I assumed was his room, and gestured me inside. He sat on his bed and cleared his throat.

"Uh I don't really know how to say this other than to just come out and say it. I uh, I like you Pearson. I like you a lot," he said as he slid his hand over my thigh. I immediately jumped away from him.

"Aaron you know I'm with Cole. And you know I love him and would never do anything to hurt him. Shit, I uh I uh didn't mean to react that way. You just surprised me is all," I was pretty much rambling.

"Aww come on Pearson. What he doesn't know won't hurt him. Besides, I'm way hotter and better built than him. I bet our sex would be way better."

My face turned red with anger at that whole statement. How dare he say he was better than my baby. Before I knew what I was doing, I swung out and hit Aaron square in the jaw.

"You're a little cunt Aaron,"I said stepping around him and leaving.

I pulled out my phone and texted Meghan to meet me at my car and Id explain it later. 10 minutes later Meghan and I were driving over to Coles house. I had a death grip on the steering wheel, and Meghan was taking sideways looks at me.

"There's a cd Cole made me in your visor, will you get it out?"

She silently retrieved the cd and slid it in the player. The first song that came on was "stick with you" by the pussy cat dolls. I smiled at how sweet my boy was and completely forgot about Aaron as I listened to the song.

Meghan was smiling next to me like she wanted to say something. I looked over at her with amusement.

"What do you want to say?" I asked.

"I just love the affect he has on you. He's not even here and just by making you this cd, he obviously calmed you down from whatever happened. It's sweet. I'm glad that Cole has someone like you that loves him."

I just shook my head and listened to the song.

I love him more than you can imagine Meghan.
