Cause I'm a real tough kid...

My alarm was ringing in my ear. It was 7am. And it was also Halloween! The best night of the year!

I got up from my bed immediately and put on my costume. Me, Dustin, Lucas, and Will were going trick or treating tonight as Ghostbusters.

I got ready, brushed my teeth and hair, blah blah blah whatever.

"BYE MOM!" I yelled. I was finally ready to leave and I was hoping my mom wouldn't shower me in stupid pictures, but.....she did.

"We need to take pictures!"

"Mom!"

"Cmon Mike, you look so cute!" She took a picture.

She kept taking pictures! Over and over and over again.

"Can I go to school?"

"Just one more!"

"Mom!"

"Say 'Who you gonna call?'"

"No!"

She took another picture!

"Okay, go to school. Love you!"

"Yeah, love you too." I trailed off.

I walked outside to where I had left my bike the day before. I grabbed my bike and got on, and started peddaling to school.

I was kind of hoping to run into Y/n. I don't know why, but seeing her face after she left last night... made me sad. I was rude to her. Even if she was annoying as all hell- I shouldn't have gone that hard on her, yelling at her or whatever. It doesn't matter. Were not friends, and we never will be. I wonder what her costume is. Or if she's even wearing one. I bet she'd look... really pretty. As usual- NO. NOT AS USUAL. Why do I keep thinking stuff like this? I've known her for 1 day, and we already have so much anger and tension between us. But at the same time.. I'm just so drawn to her. She's pretty yeah, but she's just so annoying... and obnoxious and can't listen.

I was almost to school. I wonder if anyone else will dress up too. I saw Dustin and Lucas ahead, so I caught up to them and said hi. Anyways, a couple minutes later, we finally got to school. I put my bike into the bike rack and saw the party. I ran over to them, Will saw us and came over. We did our cool little Ghostbusters thing before I noticed something about Lucas.

"Woah woah-" I said.

"What?" Lucas asked.

"Why are you Venkman?"

"Because I'm Venkman."

"No, I'm Venkman."

"Why can't there be 2 Venkmans?" Will asked.

"Because there's only one Venkman in real life! We planned this months ago! I'm Venkman, Dustins Stantz, your Egon, and your Winston!" I finished, pointing to Lucas.

"I specifically didn't agree to Winston." Lucas argued.

"Yes you did!"

"I don't think he did.." Will said, trying to defend Lucas.
