(scene opens to Liberty and Mirage in the Lookout with their pup pals during a very rainy night)
Liberty: (sighs) Too bad it's raining!
Mirage: At least it's night!
Liberty: (giggles) True, I guess we should get some sleep!
Mirage: (nods)
(Mirage let's Liberty cozily sleep on her like a pillow before the scene changes to Mason in Foggy Bottom with Clover who is wearing a raincoat)
Clover: It was kinda nice to go out for a stroll at night Mason!
Mason: (nods) Glad I had that raincoat for you girl!
Clover: Thanks for letting me have it!
Mason: No sweat! (trips into a deep hole losing his satchel in the process) Whoa!
Clover: (gasps) Mason! (trips) Whoa! (falls in and lands on Mason)
Mayor Humdinger: (reveals himself) (cackles) I'll be taking this! (reaches inside and pulls out the Jetbootsu) Just what I need!
Mason: (annoyed) Give that stuff back!
Mayor Humdinger: I simply needed these magic boots you call the Jetbootsu! (tosses aside Mason's satchel) (puts on the Jetbootsu) Jetbootsu! (flies away) Whoa! (cackles)
Mason: This isn't over Humdinger!
Mayor Humdinger: (cackles) We'll see about that Mason!
(after flying off a flash of light occurs in the hole before Armodrillo with Clover on his shoulder climb out)
Clover: Thanks for the lift dear!
Armodrillo: No sweat Clover! (looks off into the distance) (to Clover) He won't elude me that easily!
Clover: (nods) Agreed! But why did he want the Jetbootsu?
Armodrillo: (shrugs) He must've wanted a method of flight for something, but I'm not sure why?
Clover: Mason, could I please head home?
Armodrillo: Of course Clover, your daughter and husband must be waiting for you!
Clover: (smiles)
Armodrillo: I'll escort you back myself! (reveals a spa coupon) One coupon for a whole family spa treatment anytime you like!
Clover: (squeals) Thank you!
Armodrillo: (grabs his magical satchel) But first, I'll grab this so I don't forget!
Clover: (giggles) Good idea!
(a thick fog then covers Armodrillo and Clover causing both to completely vanish once is passes)
(scene changes to the next day outside the Lookout where it was sunny and rainy)
Liberty: Boy, it's sunny and rainy!
Mirage: I wonder if there's a rainbow?
Liberty: That would be paw-some!
Skye: Yeah!
(a rainbow appears)
Pups: Wow! A rainbow!
Ryder: Boy, that sure is a big rainbow!
Liberty: Yep!
Mirage: I wish we could see if there's anything at the end?
Liberty: Say? We're both genie pups, so why don't we have a little fun!
Skye: (coughs) I'm a genie pup too, girls!
Mirage: I was born this way, you girls were given the powers!
