chapter fifty eight ballet & blue dress
CHAERIN SMILED AS SHE danced in her pink and gold tutu, paired with a bodice that had the same pattern on it.
it was the first dress rehearsal they were having, and there had already been a good amount of malfunctions.
chaerin had been in her studio for eight hours, rehearsing, trying and getting fitted for costumes, and doing more things. and still, she had an hour left to go.
after her rehearsal she was supposed to go dress shopping for the cherry blossom ball with eunice, yuri, mihee, madison, and kitty.
she had invited stella to go, but she had said she had her dress already, and she was busy anyways.
chaerin took another deep breath, preparing for her turn sequence. jae yung was partnering her, since he played the prince.
after her turns her and jae yung went to opposite sides of the studio, leaping as they looked forward at the mirror.
it was towards the end of their long pas de deux, and after two more minutes it was done, then ten minutes later they had finished all three acts of sleeping beauty.
all the dancers sat on the floor of the studio, getting corrections from their instructor. then they received a forty five minutes later break, and would spend the next fifteen cleaning up small parts.
chaerin and jae yung had decided to go to the nearby restaurant, wanting fried chicken.
"he finally asked you to prom, i was waiting for this to happen." jae yung said as chaerin showed him a video dae had taken of the proposal.
