Jisoo was just doing her thing in her favorite place, aka the library. She usually goes to school early, just so she could find more books to read. That is maybe why she has earned her reputation as a bookworm and a nerd. She doesn't really mind though, she doesn't find it offensive. in fact, for her, being called a bookworm or a nerd was more like a compliment rather than an insult. Too bad, not everyone thinks the same way she does.

"Hey, Kim," a woman sneered as she landed a hard slap on the back of Jisoo's head. She plopped down on the chair next to her and harshly grabbed the book Jisoo was reading. "What are you reading this time?"

"Jist give it back, Irene," Jisoo calmly spoke to her bully. "I doubt if you'll ever understand a word anyway."

"Are you trying to mock me?!" Irene slammed the book on the table, not even worried about getting shushed by the annoying librarian.

"See? You couldn't even tell that." Jisoo sighed. "So how are you expecting to actually understand a historical book with so many conspiracies? Get real, Bae."

Pissed with the attitude, Irene was about to throw hands and totally lash out at Jisoo. However, before she could do that, Jennie quickly stepped in.

"Stop bothering her, Irene," Jennie said in a warning tone.

Irene could only look at her and scoff. She hated the idea of backing off, but she was still in the right mind to know that Jennie is not someone to be messed with. She is their dear president's little daughter after all.

Irene walked away without saying anything else, although she promised to get back at Jisoo some time in the future.

"Are you okay?" Jennie sat beside Jisoo when Irene was finally out of sight. "Did she hurt you?"

"No, I'm fine." Jisoo flashed a reserved smile, but it was enough to send jolts of electricity through Jennie's nerves. "She may look tough, but she really doesn't have much strength in those arms."

Jennie couldn't help not to laugh at her positive response. Rumors were right. Jisoo does have an easy-going personality. Then, I guess it wouldn't be hard to get closer to her after all.

After actually 'talking' to their class nerd, Jennie has been trying her best to reach out to Jisoo all the time. She began buying her coffee every morning, inviting her every lunch, and even trying to hang out with her after class.

Her sweet little displays of affection have never been not noticed by Jisoo. In fact, she herself was feeling more attached to the girl with every moment they spend together. It has only been a few days, yet Jisoo already found herself uncontrollably fond of the pretty brunette.

"Hi, Soo!" Jennie immediately clung onto Jisoo's arm as soon as she spotted her in the hallway.

"Hello to you too, Jennie," Jisoo responded with a formal tone, effectively making Jennie pout.

"I already told you to be more casual with me!" Jennie whined like a little kid. "Why must you bring back formalities again?"

"I'm sorry," Jisoo chuckled at Jennie's child-like behavior, that only appears whenever the brunette is with her. Jisoo pinched her chubby cheek and smiled ever so brightly. "Nini."

"Much better," Jennie said in a whisper as she leaned to kiss Jisoo's cheek. The sudden kiss took Jisoo by surprise, but she can't deny that she really liked the feeling of Jennie's soft lips.

From a distance, Irene watched the two with her fist clenched. She was mad. She knew she didn't have the right to, but she just couldn't help herself... not if it involved Kim Jisoo.
