Sophie's POV
Sophie was trying to break done how she felt about Keefe's crush when she heard Ro behind them. "Have either of you seen Keefe or Magnate Leto?"
"No. Why?" Sophie asked, surprised by the slight quiver in her voice.
"Magnate Leto came by and said he needed to talk to Keefe in private, but I couldn't come, But that was an hour ago and I haven't seen them."
"I'm sure they are in Magnate Leto's office," Sandor replied.
"We should check Magnate Leto's office then," Sophie said. She was extremely worried which surprised her. Maybe just maybe... Could she like him back?
"Ok let's go," Ro said dragging Sophie out of her thoughts.
...
"We have to find him," Sophie said trying not to cry.
They checked in on Magnate Leto he said it wasn't him who talked to Ro and Keefe. Right now, they were thinking it was the Neverseen with no clue where they had taken him. One rebel tear leaked down Sophie's face.
"We should go to Havenfeild and regroup." Magnate Leto said. "And we will. I give you my word."
Sophie hailed all her friends, to give them updates then leaped to Havenfeild.
As soon as Sophie got home, she started to cry. Edaline and Grady hugged her, telling her everything was fine, but Sophie knew it wasn't. Her mind felt like her other half was missing.
That's when she realized it wasn't Fitz she needed. It was Keefe.
